04:35, motor vehicle accident at SB I-49 at mile marker 164, Peculiar. Subject contacted and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

09:30, Cass County Justice Center, suspect taken into custody to serve shock time.

11:00, Cass County Justice Center, suspect was contacted and remanded to custody per judge’s order.

12:19, 26301 S. State Line Rd., Cleveland, burglary not in progress. Subject was contacted and stated that items had been stolen from a building under construction.

14:35, Cass County Justice Center, subject reported that there were fraudulent changes on her bank account.

16:50, 28101 S. St. Rt. TT, Harrisonville, subject contacted in reference to suspicious property discovered at the business.

20:30, P Hwy. and Ore Rd., Pleasant Hill, reference to assist MSHP involving a suspect that fled the scene on foot. Suspect was located and taken into custody.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

02:01, 33000 E. 219th St., Pleasant Hill, check the welfare. A report was taken for threats.

12:00, 28619 S. Freedom, Rd., Harrisonville, subject contacted and report taken on stolen items from property.

16:17, Cass County Justice Center, report taken that a firearm was within a secured facility.

19:15, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted on Cass County warrant for stealing.

02:10, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted on Cass County warrant for speeding and failure to register a motor vehicle.

23:45, YY Hwy., and Peculiar Dr., Peculiar, traffic stop where the vehicle fled the traffic stop. Pursuit ensued and following the stop the driver was taken into custody.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

08:08, 6100 St. Rt. A Hwy., Drexel, report taken on unknown person on property.

10:40, Cass County Justice Center, suspect taken into custody on Cass County warrant for driving while revoked.

18:20, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted on Cass County warrants for: expired plates, not maintaining financial responsibility, driving while revoked/suspended, following another vehicle too closely and another for driving while revoked/suspended.

18:52, Motor vehicle collision at Commercial St. and Mechanic St.

20:58, 106 N. Polk St., Freeman, regards to a possible violation of an order of protection. Suspect was identified.

22:55, 29101 St. Hwy. P, Pleasant Hill, reference to check the welfare. Investigation is still in progress.

Thursday, Nov. 1

10:40, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted and taken into custody on a Cass County warrant for theft of a firearm/explosive weapon/ammonium nitrate.

11:00, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted and taken into custody on a Cass County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

09:30, Cass County Justice Center, suspect taken into custody on a Cass County warrant for civil contempt of court.

10:40, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted and taken into custody on an active warrant for driving while revoked.

16:17, 23116 St. Rt. K, East Lynne, subject reported suspicious activity, someone tampered with a skid steer.

16:45, 24818 Cowger Rd., Peculiar, assist West Peculiar Fire EMS, subject transported to the hospital.

17:01, O’Bannon Rd. north of St. Route B, Creighton, in reference to a report to assist EMS with a subject located in the woods with a leg injury from a hunting accident. Subject transported to a medical facility.

17:05, Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a pedestrian check near 1402 M-291 Hwy., Harrisonville. Suspect taken into custody on active warrants for failure to appear on a traffic summons, failure to appear on a traffic offense and larceny.

17:58, St. Rt. 2 at Index Rd., Garden City, in reference to a report of property damage.

19:06, M-291 and 215th St., Harrisonville, reference to suspicious activity. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to jail.

19:28, 24600 St. Hwy. P, Pleasant Hill, reference to missing USPS package scanner. The Blue Springs Police Department with the help of the USPS tracked the scanner to this address.

23:46, 19019 S. St. Rt. M-291, Pleasant Hill, report of discovered trespasser, a fight ensued and the suspect left.

Friday, Nov. 2

02:35, 303 W. St. Rt. A, Archie, reported burglary with various items missing.

07:55, 22010 S. Riffle Rd., Pleasant Hill, regards to a deer impaled on a fence. The deer was euthanized.

17:54, Criminal Apprehension Unit’s K9 was dispatched to the Dollar General Parking lot in Archie. Presence of the odor of narcotics discovered and during a probably cause search marijuana was located.

23:32, Cass County Criminal Apprehension Unit initiated a vehicle stop in the area of Cleveland Ave. and Cambridge Ave. for lane violation. Vehicle failed to yield and pursuit ensured. The driver was taken into custody for an active no bond parole violation warrant from the state of Missouri.

Saturday, Nov. 3

00:41, 2 Hwy. and I-49, Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop and the passenger was issued a summons for open container of alcohol.

Sunday, Nov. 4

01:30, M-291 near Timber Drive, Harrisonville, traffic stop. The passenger was identified and taken into custody on HPD warrant for dangerous drugs, disorderly conduct and failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation. The driver was released without charge.

04:37, SB I-49 and mile marker 162, Harrisonville for reported non-injury motor vehicle crash. Medical treatment was refused and the vehicle was towed.

 09:04, 28800 SW Outer Rd., Harrisonville, reported burglary not in progress. Tools were stolen from a detached garage.

17:43, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted on Cass County warrant for failure to appear on theft/stealing.

16:50, Cass County Justice Center, suspect contacted on Cass County warrant.

02:10, Cass County Justice Center,suspect contacted on Cass County warrant for trespass.
