It is with great sadness we mourn the passing of Susan Kay Dyke, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Susan passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in Liberty, Missouri, at the age of 68. Susan was born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Jack and Dorothy Reinecker on July 29, 1956. She was the middle child of three sisters.

She attended school in Grandview and Harrisonville, Missouri, graduating from Harrisonville in 1974 where she enjoyed being in the high school band playing the saxophone. She attended Longview Community College and Truman State University. She worked for Pace/Topps Products for nearly 30 years as a graphic designer until her retirement. She also worked part-time for Kaw Valley Nursery.

Some of the most important events in her life were raising her daughter and becoming a grandmother of two grandchildren. She enjoyed flowers, music, travelling, and being a member of the Harrisonville Community Band. She also enjoyed spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, her sisters, friends and her dogs. She liked cheering on the Kansas City Royals. Exercise was important to her and she participated in yoga classes, Jazzercise and Silver Sneakers. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Gina Crawford (Andy); two grandchildren; loving sisters, Amy Kircher (Larry) and Sandi Bockelman (Brad); two nephews, Aaron Kircher and Ryan Kircher (Kelly); and dear lifelong friend, Lu Ann Kenagy; and many other friends. She will be greatly missed and live in our hearts forever. No services are planned.
