Not in New Jersey anymore

For the first time in history, a team from New Jersey traveled to Missouri for a game last Friday. What the Garden State gridders found was a hungry Harrisonville football team and a fired-up group of “Mercenaries” adorned in rodeo gear ready for action in the season opener. It was likely a long ride back to the East Coast as the Wildcats used their homefield advantage to take a 38-37 victory. The Cats are home again tomorrow night playing host to the Spoofhounds of Maryville.
