It was something of a homecoming for Jace Rutledge as he competed in the steer wrestling event at the Cass County Fair
Friday night. Rutledge, a 2017 graduate of Harrisonville High School, is now a member of the Northwestern Oklahoma
State University Men’s Rodeo team.
